**Meta Ads Specialist – Remote / Philippines**

We are looking for an experienced **Meta Ads Specialist** to support international client campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

This role is ideal for someone who knows the Meta Ads platform inside out and can confidently build, launch, optimise, and report on campaigns using best-practice settings.

**Responsibilities:**

* Set up and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
* Configure campaigns using best-practice structures, targeting, placements, budgets, and optimisation settings
* Ensure all creative is correctly formatted and within Meta safe zones for Feed, Stories, Reels, and other placements
* Review ad copy, images, videos, landing pages, and tracking before launch
* Monitor performance and make optimisation recommendations
* Troubleshoot rejected ads, tracking issues, pixel events, and campaign delivery problems
* Provide clear updates on campaign performance and next actions

**Requirements:**

* Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
* Experience managing campaigns for international clients, ideally UK, US, or Australian businesses
* Excellent understanding of campaign objectives, audiences, placements, bidding, creative testing, and reporting
* Confident with Meta Pixel, conversion events, UTM tracking, and basic performance analysis
* Strong attention to detail and ability to QA campaigns before launch
* Good written English and clear communication
* Agency or multi-client experience preferred
