About Us:

Bear Balanced is the creator of the World’s First Creatine Gummy® — a premium DTC supplement brand disrupting the space with an Apple-meets-Nike aesthetic. We’re scaling aggressively across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon, and retail, and creative is the fuel driving our growth.

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who can bridge data and storytelling: someone who lives inside Meta Ads Manager, understands what’s working, and translates insights into creative briefs that win.

What You’ll Do:

Analyze performance data (CTR, thumbstop, CVR, MER) to identify winning creative angles

Develop scroll-stopping hooks and direct-response messaging frameworks for Meta ads

Write and deliver clear creative briefs for editors, designers, and UGC creators

Manage the creative pipeline (concept ? brief ? production ? iteration)

Stay on top of trends, competitors, and consumer psychology to inspire new angles

Partner with the Founder & Marketing team to scale ad spend efficiently through creative testing

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Creative Strategist in DTC/e-commerce brands (supplements, fitness, or CPG = huge plus)

Deep understanding of Meta Ads creative best practices and direct-response marketing

Skilled at hook ideation, storytelling, and ad scripting for UGC & branded content

Strong ability to interpret data and turn metrics into actionable creative insights

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a high-volume testing pipeline

Excellent communication skills for working cross-functionally with editors, designers, and creators
