Merch by Amazon Product Researcher

I am a professional print-on-demand entrepreneur looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to handle daily product and niche research for my Merch by Amazon and Etsy accounts.

You will not be designing; your job is to find profitable, low-competition sub-niches and provide safe, ready-to-design concepts.

Your Daily Tasks:

Analyze BSR (Best Sellers Rank) trends using tools like Productor or Merch Informer.

Identify emerging trends and cross-niches (e.g., combining two niches to create a new target audience).

Perform strict Trademark and Copyright checks (TESS/USPTO) for every single quote and keyword. Account safety is my #1 priority.

Compile daily spreadsheets containing: The Niche, The Suggested Quote/Text, Main Keywords, and a link to a reference design (for inspiration only, no copying).

Filter out any designs that include banned keywords or risky policy violations.

Requirements:

Previous experience with Merch by Amazon research.

Strong understanding of US Trademark laws and how to check them.

Excellent English reading and writing skills.

Ability to follow strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude) to format or analyze data is a big plus.
