Medical Virtual Assistant (VA)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and reliable Medical Virtual Assistant to support our clinical audit process at The Cosmetic Clinic (TCC). This is a part-time, remote role suited to someone with prior experience in data auditing, healthcare administration, or clinical support.
The primary responsibility is to audit injectable treatment data from the past quarter to ensure full compliance with internal documentation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Audit client records from the past quarter, treated by our team of nurses
• Check that client notes are fully completed
• Verify that before & after photos of clients have been correctly uploaded
• Record the dosage and product used during the injectable treatment
• Confirm that all client consent forms have been submitted and are complete
• Submit a clear and organized audit report summarizing any gaps or missing data
• Ensure audits are delivered within 2 weeks after the end of each quarter
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Prior experience in data auditing, medical administration, or clinical recordkeeping is highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and high level of responsibility – this is not a role for someone who misses small errors
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel (intermediate-level skills required)
• Excellent time management – must meet audit deadlines
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client data with care
• Communicates clearly and proactively with the clinical education team

• Shared folder systems (Google Drive or Dropbox)
