Position Overview
We are hiring a Medical Virtual Assistant to serve as a Client/Patient Success Manager. This is a post-sales role, where you'll work with patients who have already enrolled in our services, helping guide them through the fulfillment process. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and supportive experience as patients move through their care journey.
This is a great opportunity for someone with healthcare administration experience, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, process-driven mindset.
Responsibilities
-Guide patients through the post-sales fulfillment process
-Ensure patients are progressing through their care journey
-Communicate with patients regarding next steps, timelines, and required actions
-Schedule patient appointments and follow-ups as needed
-Use internal tools such as Excel and eClinicalWorks (preferred) for documentation and workflow
-Follow SOPs and training provided by the client to ensure consistency and quality
-Collaborate with internal teams to support the patient experience
Qualifications
-Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
-Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
-Proven experience in healthcare administration (required)
-Proficiency in Excel
-Experience with eClinicalWorks (preferred)
-Ability to follow structured processes and adapt when needed
-Organized, self-directed, and reliable
Technical and General Requirements
-NBI/Police clearance
-Reliable computer with high-speed internet (minimum 10 Mbps via cable, DSL, or fiber)
-Quality mic and headset (or earphones) and a webcam
-Quiet, distraction-free workspace
-Availability to work full-time during the stated hours
-Submission of a short video introduction (to be requested during the hiring process)
-Valid government-issued ID
-Not currently working with other clients during the required schedule
