Medical Scribe

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Medical Scribe to support our clinical team in a Home Health and Hospice setting. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of compliance standards and a medical background, with the ability to assist in accurate and timely documentation so clinicians can focus on delivering quality patient care.

Fresh graduates or college undergraduates are welcome to apply, provided they have relevant experience or a strong willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with OASIS (Home Health) and Comprehensive Nursing Assessments (Hospice)
Support documentation for:
Recertifications
Supervisory visits
Routine and PRN visits
Plan of care (POC)
Review History & Physical (H&P) documentation
Monitor clinician schedules and visit calendars
Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant documentation
Provide prompt and informed responses to clinicians

Qualifications:
Medical background required (e.g., nursing, allied health, or related field)
Strong understanding of healthcare compliance and documentation standards
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable working remotely
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:
Starting at ?18,000 per month
