We're Hiring: Media Buyer | Paid Ads Specialist (Remote)

About the Role:
As a Media Buyer, you’ll be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms like Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and more. You’ll have the opportunity to work with various industries, manage ad budgets of $5,000+ per month, and develop strategies to maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute paid media strategies across digital channels
Manage and optimize ad budgets to maximize performance
Scale high-performing campaigns and implement cost-control measures for underperforming ads
Conduct competitor research to refine targeting and ad strategies
Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.)
Utilize funnel-building strategies to align ads with the customer journey
Continuously test and optimize creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies
Qualifications:
2-3 years of hands-on experience running paid ads
Experience managing campaigns across various niches
Proven track record of managing at least $5,000 in monthly ad spend
Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
Experience in scaling campaigns and cost control for failing ads
Competitor research skills to improve ad performance
Meta Certification (not required but a plus)
Other relevant courses or certifications are a bonus
