Key Responsibilities:
- Creating, managing, and optimizing Facebook ad campaigns.
- Implementing Mousify’s scaling and killing rules to maximize ROI.
- Continuously analyzing campaign performance, ensuring optimal results.
- Testing new ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.
- Staying updated with the latest Facebook advertising trends and algorithm changes.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience managing Facebook Ads with demonstrable successful results.
- Experience in e-commerce advertising, particularly within the beauty niche, is preferred.
- Ability to implement data-driven decisions and follow predefined scaling/killing frameworks.
- Basic proficiency in creative production or willingness to learn tools such as Canva and Capcut.
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills in English (fluent level required).
- University degree preferred.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and always striving for improvement.
