Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Matching Specialist to join our dynamic team. The Matching Specialist will play a crucial role in connecting individuals with the most suitable opportunities, programs, or services offered by APEX Social Group. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, a keen understanding of individual needs, and a strong ability to identify and cultivate relevant connections.

Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with Manager and leadership to understand role requirements and priorities.
-Source, screen, and shortlist high-quality candidates efficiently.
-Manage multiple hiring pipelines independently.
-Ensure fast, accurate matching of candidates post-onboarding.
-Maintain candidate engagement and provide updates to stakeholders.
-Recommend process improvements to increase time-to-hire and candidate quality.

Qualifications & Experience:
-Minimum 10 years in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
-Proven full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in US-based or international contexts.
-Strong judgment in evaluating candidates and making recommendations.
-Experience with agency recruiting or high-volume hiring is a plus.
-Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
-Able to work independently and hit the ground running after onboarding.

Working Hours: PST or EST Timezone. Occasional flexibility may be required to accommodate urgent scheduling needs or communication with U.S.-based participants.
