About the company
Electi Delivery Services is a same-day B2B courier and logistics company based in Phoenix, Arizona. We move time-sensitive freight for healthcare clinics, auto dealerships, law firms, freight forwarders, and logistics companies. We're growing fast and need a cold calling VA who can open doors and generate qualified leads from decision-makers — not gatekeepers.
What you'll be doing
Making
Following a proven script and conversation flow to qualify decision-makers and book appointments
Handling objections confidently and pivoting naturally — not reading robotically from a script
Logging all call activity, outcomes, and notes in our outreach tracker (Google Sheets / Excel)
Flagging warm leads and hot prospects to ownership immediately for follow-up
Sending follow-up
Attending a brief daily check-in with the team to review call performance and pipeline
Target industries you'll be calling
Healthcare — medical clinics, home health agencies, physical therapy offices, pharmacies
Auto dealerships — service departments, parts managers, general managers
Law firms — office managers, legal administrators
Freight forwarders and third-party logistics companies
Requirements

Minimum 2 years of outbound cold calling experience — BPO call center background strongly preferred
Neutral or near-neutral American English accent — clear, confident, and professional on the phone
Experience selling to US businesses (B2B), not consumers
Proven ability to handle objections, gatekeepers, and difficult decision-makers
Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps), reliable power, and a quiet work environment
Own headset and computer — no mobile-only applicants
Available to work Arizona / Mountain Standard Time business hours (MST, no daylight saving)
Comfortable using Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM or outreach tracking tools
What we're really looking for
We've hired VAs before. We know the difference between someone who can read a script and someone who can actually sell. We want the latter. You need to be able to hold a natural conversation, think on your feet when a prospect pushes back, and stay motivated through a high volume of dials without losing your energy or your professionalism.
If you've worked in a BPO selling services to US businesses, you know exactly what this role requires. That's our benchmark.
Who this is not for
Do not apply if you have only done customer service, data entry, or chat support. Do not apply if you have a heavy accent that affects call clarity, cannot work US business hours, or need a script read verbatim because you can't handle live objections. We will know within the first 30 seconds of a mock call.

Competitive base rate commensurate with experience — state your rate expectation in your application
Performance bonuses available for qualified leads that convert to clients
Paid weekly
Long-term position for the right person — this is not a one-month contract there will be bonuses on top of salary pay
