8veer Consulting is seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial Marketplace Business Director to take full ownership of our consulting agency profile on Upgrade to see actual info. This is a key leadership role focused on driving growth, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring that 8veer’s marketplace presence performs at the highest level.
You’ll act as the “CEO” of our Upgrade to see actual info division — pitching proposals, nurturing client relationships, aligning internal teams, and executing on a growth roadmap. Your work will directly contribute to lead generation, revenue, and brand equity on external platforms.

???? Responsibilities
• Own and manage our Upgrade to see actual info agency profile as a high-performance business unit
• Submit proposals, bid on high-value projects, and engage with potential clients
• Conduct requirement scoping, project clarification, and client onboarding
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, dev, consulting, finance) for delivery
• Track and optimize financial performance, budgets, and resource allocation
• Report weekly on business development metrics, conversion rates, and forecasts
• Ensure 5-star reputation, client satisfaction, and profile credibility
• Identify trends in the freelance marketplace and adapt strategies proactively

? Must-Have Skills
• Proven experience managing B2B profiles on freelance platforms (Guru, Upwork, etc.)
• Excellent business English (written & verbal communication)
• Strong understanding of project scoping, pricing, and consulting services
• Familiarity with operations, financial tracking, and delivery management
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for ownership and decision-making
• Skilled in CRM tools, spreadsheets, proposal writing, and client communications
