Marketing/ real estate VA

About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing/Real Estate Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our real estate business. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, social media management, lead generation, and administrative tasks related to real estate. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) by creating and scheduling content.

Develop marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and property listings.

Optimize property listings on MLS, Zillow, and other real estate platforms.

Handle email campaigns, newsletters, and online promotions.

Generate and nurture leads through online marketing strategies.

Conduct market research and compile reports on trends and competitive analysis.

Provide administrative support including data entry, CRM management, and appointment scheduling.

Coordinate with clients, agents, and vendors to facilitate smooth transactions.

Assist in website updates and SEO optimization.

Monitor analytics and provide performance reports for marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably in the real estate industry.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, or similar.

Familiarity with real estate platforms such as MLS, Zillow, and CRM software.

Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Basic knowledge of SEO and website management is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a real estate or marketing role.

Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.

Graphic design and content creation experience.
