Marketing & WordPress Virtual Assistant (Part-Time)

Approximately 30 hours per month

We're looking for a Marketing & WordPress Virtual Assistant to support our social media marketing efforts and help manage ongoing website needs.

Social Media Content Creation

You'll execute our organic social media plan by creating and publishing three posts per week. This includes creating and repurposing content for Instagram and TikTok, developing engagement-focused content such as Reels and carousels, creating basic graphics in Canva, and editing videos into shorter social clips.

WordPress Technical Support

You'll provide responsive support during US business hours, manage website logins and access, implement tasks from our monthly SEO plan, and troubleshoot website issues as they arise. We're looking for someone who is comfortable handling the technical side of WordPress and can serve as our first point of contact when problems come up.

What We're Looking For

You have experience creating social media content, particularly for Instagram and TikTok. You're comfortable with basic graphic design and video editing, and you have hands-on WordPress experience beyond simply publishing blog posts. You can troubleshoot issues, manage settings and user access, and communicate promptly during US business hours.
