EveryDay We Care, LLC (EWC) is a growing home care agency focused on helping individuals remain safe, independent, and connected to the home and community they love. We are looking for a reliable, creative, and proactive Marketing Virtual Assistant to support our growing marketing and outreach efforts.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Virtual Assistant who can support day-to-day digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and outreach activities. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, organized, adaptable, and comfortable supporting a growing organization in both marketing and administrative functions.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently, managing multiple projects, and helping strengthen our online presence and community visibility.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and schedule social media content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Create graphics, flyers, and marketing materials using Canva or similar tools
• Edit short-form videos and reels for social media engagement
• Assist with content planning and content calendars
• Support Google Business Profile updates and online visibility efforts
• Assist with referral outreach and lead generation activities
• Maintain marketing trackers, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
• Support email communication and marketing campaigns
• Assist with website or landing page updates when needed
• Monitor engagement, messages, and basic social media interactions
• Provide general administrative and marketing support as assigned
Preferred Skills & Experience
• Experience in social media management and content creation
• Video editing experience (CapCut or similar platforms preferred)
• Canva and graphic design experience
• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing tools
• Experience with email marketing platforms is a plus
• Strong written communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines independently
• Experience supporting growing businesses or healthcare/home care organizations is a plus

• Canva
• CapCut or video editing software
• Google Workspace
• Social media scheduling platforms
• CRM tools
• WordPress, Kajabi, or landing page platforms (preferred but not required)
