JOB OVERVIEW

Marketing Virtual Assistant — Fast-Growing Copywriting Agency ($8–$10/hr)

We're Copy & Clients, a done-for-you revenue agency that builds challenge funnels, email systems, and paid ads for health coaches and online program operators. We're looking for a sharp, dependable marketing VA to join our team and take a load of recurring tasks off the founder's plate.
This is a long-term role with room to grow as you prove yourself.
What you'll do day-to-day:

Send emails on our behalf (client communication, internal coordination, light outreach)
Build and maintain tracking sheets across multiple client accounts (campaigns, KPIs, deliverables, deadlines)
Send daily and weekly reports summarizing progress, blockers, and metrics
Post our content across platforms (social, email, internal channels)
Help build and polish Google Slides decks and presentations for clients and internal use
Support internal marketing efforts for Copy & Clients (our own funnel, content, lead gen)
Pull data and build clean reports we can share with clients and team

You must have:

Strong written and spoken English
A solid understanding of the online marketing world — funnels, ads, email, conversion tracking
Working knowledge of Hyros, UTM parameters, and how to structure tracking URLs
Comfort with Google Sheets, Google Slides, Gmail
Reliable internet and a quiet place to work
A hardworking, proactive attitude — you flag issues, you don't wait to be asked twice

Nice to have:

Experience working with US-based agencies or marketing teams
Familiarity with platforms like ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, ConvertKit, or similar
Light copywriting / proofreading ability

Pay: $8–$10/hour depending on experience. Full-time preferred, part-time considered for the right person. Paid weekly.
Hours: Some overlap with US Eastern Time required (we'll work out specifics).
