Moving Company Hustle is a US-based digital marketing agency that works exclusively with moving companies, junk removal businesses, and home services brands. We handle local SEO, Google Business Profile management, blog content, social media, Google Ads, and monthly reporting for our clients.

We use AI tools (Claude AI) to produce high-quality content at scale — and we need a sharp, detail-oriented VA to run the system, execute the workflows, and keep our clients' digital presence firing on all cylinders every single week.
This is not a strategy role. The system is fully built. The prompts are written, the projects are set up, and the playbooks are documented. Your job is to execute with precision and consistency.

What you'll be doing

Your week will cover all active clients across these core responsibilities:

• Run pre-written AI prompts in Claude to generate blog posts, social content, GBP posts, service area pages, reports, and more
• Schedule and manage social media posts inside GoHighLevel (GHL) for all clients
• Publish approved blog posts to client websites built on Squarespace and Wix
• Post approved content directly to each client's Google Business Profile
• Generate weekly and monthly reports and prepare them for client delivery
• Communicate client updates and content activity in the Moving Company Hustle ---------- — each client has a dedicated channel
• Maintain the daily task tracker in Google Sheets — updated every day
• Perform basic on-page SEO tasks: meta titles, meta descriptions, alt text, internal linking on published content
• Flag any quality issues, errors, or client changes before they become problems
Tools you must know

? GoHighLevel (GHL) — social media scheduling and client management
? Squarespace — publishing and basic page editing
? Wix — publishing and basic page editing
? Google Business Profile — posting content and review management
? Google Drive and Google Sheets — file organization and task tracking

? Claude AI or similar AI tools — running prompts and managing output

Experience with WordPress is a bonus but not required.

SEO knowledge we're looking for

You don't need to be a technical SEO expert, but you should know enough to execute properly:

• Understand on-page SEO basics — title tags, meta descriptions, H1/H2 structure, keyword placement
• Know how to optimize a blog post for a target keyword before publishing
• Understand local SEO concepts — NAP consistency, service area pages, Google Business Profile optimization
• Familiar with GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and how content appears in AI search tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity — bonus
• Can read a basic SEO audit and understand what actions to prioritize
• Know how schema markup works and why it matters — bonus
You're the right fit if you

? Are highly organized and can manage tasks across 4+ clients without missing anything
? Have direct experience with GoHighLevel — this is non-negotiable
? Have published content on Squarespace and Wix websites before
? Understand SEO well enough to optimize content before it goes live
? Are comfortable using AI tools and can recognize good output vs. poor output
? Communicate proactively — you flag issues before they become problems
? Work independently without needing to be micromanaged
? Take pride in quality — you don't let sloppy work slip through
? Have worked for a US digital marketing agency or with US-based clients before

Hours and compensation
• 10–15 hours per week, Monday through Friday
• Flexible schedule — tasks have daily deadlines but no set clock-in time
• Pay: per hour depending on experience
• Contract to start — strong potential to grow as the agency scales
• All tools and access provided — no costs to you
• Long-term role — we are looking for someone to grow with us, not a short-term hire
