Company Overview:
We are a growing freight brokerage company seeking a skilled and experienced Marketing Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role will initially require 25 hours per week, with the potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance.

Position Summary:
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of marketing experience, with a strong background in email marketing and social media campaigns. This role requires expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, as well as a solid understanding of the freight brokerage or logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to promote services, generate leads, and nurture client relationships.
Create and execute targeted social media campaigns across platforms such as TikTok, Facebook Reels, and Instagram.
Utilize tools like Zoom Workplace, Active Campaign, HubSpot, and Upgrade to see actual info to manage campaigns, track performance, and maintain customer relationships.
Design engaging marketing content, including graphics, videos, and written copy tailored to the freight brokerage industry.
Research industry trends and competitor strategies to develop effective marketing tactics.
Manage and update website content to ensure information is current and optimized for search engines (SEO).
Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to improve results.
Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to align marketing efforts with company goals.
Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and campaign results using CRM platforms.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing, with a focus on email campaigns and social media marketing.
Proficiency in tools such as Zoom Workplace, Active Campaign, HubSpot, and Upgrade to see actual info.
Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices, particularly for platforms like TikTok, Facebook Reels, and Instagram.
Prior experience in the freight brokerage or logistics industry is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to create compelling marketing content tailored to the freight industry.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and website content management.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Preferred Qualifications:

Graphic design skills and experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Experience with lead generation strategies and conversion optimization.
Familiarity with paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads or Facebook Ads is a plus.
Work Environment:
This is a remote position requiring reliable internet connectivity and the ability to work flexible hours to meet deadlines.
