We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing/Telemarketing Consultant and Trainer to enhance the effectiveness of our telemarketing team, improve lead generation, and provide expert training to ensure success in meeting departmental goals.

Responsibilities
As the Marketing/Telemarketing Trainer, your primary duties will include:

Consultation and Strategy Development:

Evaluating current telemarketing strategies and identifying areas for improvement.
Designing and implementing effective telemarketing processes to optimize team performance.
Collaborating with the Marketing Director/Manager to align telemarketing strategies with broader marketing goals.
Training and Development:

Developing comprehensive training programs for telemarketers, including scripts, objection handling, and lead conversion techniques.
Conducting one-on-one and group training sessions to improve the team’s skills and productivity.
Providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback to ensure team growth.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:

Monitoring telemarketing team performance and ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly quotas are met.
Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), including call volume, appointment bookings, and conversion rates.
Preparing detailed reports for the Marketing Director/Manager and General Manager on telemarketing performance and outcomes.
Leadership and Support:

Acting as a mentor and motivator for the telemarketing team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Addressing challenges faced by team members and providing practical solutions.
Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
Qualifications

Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related role, with a track record of success in lead generation and conversion.
Strong background in coaching, training, and developing telemarketing teams.
Be able to mentor and redirect behaviors and habits that would affect the outcome to the calls.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Analytical mindset with experience using CRM and call tracking tools to monitor and optimize performance.
Ability to create and deliver engaging training materials.
Knowledge of the home improvement industry is a plus.
Preferred Skills

Experience in marketing strategy development.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
