Marketing Trainee for a Digital Marketing Consultancy

We are an AI-driven marketing company and are looking for an enthusiastic online marketer who will use modern marketing methods to stand out in a crowded market.

Examples of activities could include:
- social media marketing on various platforms
- editing video content for social media
- editing content and applying on-page SEO techniques
- email marketing (newsletters)
- marketing website building and conversion optimization using easy tools like WordPress and Elementor

The final tasks will be determined according to the strengths and interests of the person selected. We will take into account the person's previous skills, interests, education, experience, and personal vision of how best to do the job. In other words, the job can be tailored to suit the person.

In addition to you, we already have others working in the Philippines. All of them work remotely. We need people who are passionate about wanting to become their best and who will bring their motivation to build themselves as part of our family: our goal is to become the top brand in our marketplace.

As this is a trainee position, we do not necessarily require previous marketing experience. We'll give you training in everything you'll be doing. More important is that you have the desire to grow and develop through your work.

During the 6-month training program, your base salary will be PHP 10,000 per month. Payments are PHP 2,500 per week, paid on every Monday. We also have performance bonuses. With good work results and ethic, it is also possible to earn more during training time.
