JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We're looking for a Technical Project Manager to keep our projects moving, our clients informed, and our team accountable. You'll be the operational backbone of a fully remote team — tracking what's in flight, making sure people deliver on what they've committed to, and clearing roadblocks before they slow things down. This role works closely with the CEO, our current Project Manager, our design/development resource, and select clients.

Because we operate remotely, communication is the foundation of everything we do. The right person doesn't just relay information — they keep it flowing clearly, consistently, and proactively across every direction of the team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who's equally comfortable running a project plan and getting into the weeds of WordPress, GoHighLevel, Keap, and AI-assisted tooling.

Responsibilities
Own end-to-end project management in Asana: planning, scheduling, tracking, and ensuring real progress (not just movement) across all active work.
Partner closely with our current Project Manager to share workload, align on priorities, and keep projects coordinated.
Drive clear, proactive communication across the team — the CEO, the other Project Manager, designers/developers, and select clients — so nothing falls through the cracks in a remote-first environment.
Hold tea ---------- mbers and stakeholders accountable to deadlines and deliverables; surface blockers early.
Maintain organized systems in Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets) and Asana for files, data, project documentation, and client records.
Manage select client communication, ensuring clients receive what they need and review what they're asked to review.
Coordinate with our design/development resource on creative and technical execution; bring in additional contractors when scope requires it.
Make light design and content edits in WordPress (Elementor and Divi Builder) without needing to build from scratch.
Manage marketing operations across GoHighLevel and Keap: email broadcasts and sequences, automations, web forms, landing pages, and sub-account configuration.
Use AI-assisted tools (Claude Code / Claude in Cowork) to build and refine custom-coded reports through iterative prompting; review changes and merge to GitHub for deployment via Vercel.

Required Skills & Experience
Exceptional written and verbal communication — clear, timely, and proactive. In a remote team, this is the backbone of the role.
Proven project management experience with strong accountability and follow-through.
Hands-on experience with Asana for managing projects, tasks, dependencies, and team workload.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail) for daily collaboration and documentation.
Excellent organizational skills across files, data, and documentation.
WordPress proficiency, including Elementor and Divi Builder for layout and content edits (building from scratch not required).
Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel: sub-account management, email marketing sequences, automations, and landing page / website edits.
Hands-on experience with Keap: email broadcasts, automations, web forms, and email setup.
Comfort with technical tooling and a willingness to work in GitHub-based deployment workflows (review changes, merge PRs, deploy via Vercel).
Adaptability and a fast learning curve — this role touches a lot of platforms, and the tooling evolves.
Strong collaboration skills; able to work side-by-side with an existing Project Manager and split or share ownership of projects as needed.

Nice to Have
Experience using AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.) for report generation or workflow automation.
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum frameworks.
Light design sensibility for simple visual edits.
Experience deploying through Vercel or similar hosting platforms.

About You
You communicate proactively and clearly — you'd rather over-communicate than leave anyone guessing.
You don't just track tasks — you make sure they actually move forward.
You're tech-curious; new tools don't intimidate you.
You thrive in a remote environment and know how to build trust without sharing an office.
You're comfortable being the connective tissue between a CEO, another Project Manager, a design/dev resource, and clients.

How to Apply
If you'd like to be considered for this role, please send us your responses to the following questions.

How many years have you worked as a project manager, and what types of projects or teams have you managed?
Which project management tools have you used (Asana, Monday, ClickUp, Trello, Jira, etc.)? Which one are you strongest in, and why?
Are you familiar with Agile or Scrum frameworks? If yes, briefly describe how you've applied them in past roles. If not, are you open to learning and working within one?
Have you worked on a fully remote team before? How do you keep communication clear and proactive when you can't just walk over to someone's desk?
Walk us through a recent edit or update you made in Elementor (or Divi Builder). What was the change, and how did you approach making sure it looked right on mobile?
Describe an automation or workflow you've built in GoHighLevel. What was the trigger, and what actions did it perform? Bonus: have you set up or managed sub-accounts before?
In Keap, what's the difference between a broadcast and a campaign/sequence, and when would you use each? Briefly describe a web form or automation you've built.
Have you used AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.) in a work context? If so, what for?
Are you comfortable working in GitHub — reviewing changes, merging pull requests, and following a deployment workflow — or open to learning it?
What's something you've organized, systematized, or improved in a past role that you're particularly proud of?
What's your expected salary?
Are you available to work between 9AM - 1PM CT?

Please also include your resume and a short voice note/video recording discussing why this role interests you.

There will be a paid test task and we'll start with a part-time contract.
