We’re looking for an in-house Marketing Tech VA / content machine / digital sign spinner to help us amplify the brand, stretch content across platforms, and support the kind of marketing that grabs attention and keeps it.

This is for someone who:

1. Lives and breathes social media and content
2. Understands that great marketing is more than trends — it’s trust, attention, and conversion
3. Can repurpose a simple post into a multi-platform ecosystem
4. Knows how to make things look clean, elevated, on-brand, and compelling
5. Can support launches, funnels, emails, promos, and backend marketing tech
6. Loves moving fast, thinking creatively, and making ideas come alive

*Bonus points if you:
Have experience with coaches, course creators, masterminds, or feminine/personal brands
Understand how to market with personality, not just templates
Can think both strategically and executionally
Have receipts: examples, wins, metrics, glow-up before/afters, launch support, conversion boosts, audience growth, or content that actually did something
