Position: Marketing Tech Lead
Location: Remote or Hybrid
Type: Full-time
Overview:
We’re seeking a Marketing Tech Lead to oversee our content production, paid media, and digital infrastructure. You’ll be the conductor of our marketing machine—owning the systems, tools, and team that deliver performance and growth. You’ll drive strategy, execution, and team accountability across paid ads, organic content, and marketing ops.
Responsibilities:
Lead paid ad campaigns
Manage content pipelines and ensure timely asset creation
Oversee tracking (GA4, UTMs, pixels, conversion APIs)
Build and enforce marketing processes, QA, and reporting cycles
Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and other departments
Analyze results and iterate based on performance data
Manage automation and tech stacks (CRMs,
Lead and mentor the marketing team, instilling accountability and innovation
Requirements:
3–5+ years in digital marketing and marketing operations
Deep experience with paid media and conversion tracking
Strong understanding of attribution and analytics tools
Experience leading cross-functional marketing teams
Ability to write briefs, manage campaigns, and build marketing systems
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Passion for performance, detail, and creative strategy
