Marketing Systems VA – Website, SEO & Automations

Company Overview:
We are scaling our real estate and property management business and need a technical marketing VA to build websites, SEO structure, and marketing automations.

Your Responsibilities:

Build and edit website pages using GoDaddy website builder

Build and edit website pages using Luxury Presence website builder

Format pages for SEO (headings, internal links, meta data)

Create landing pages for lead capture

Set up CRM automations in FollowUpBoss

Build and manage email marketing automations in Mailchimp

Create task boards and automated workflows in ----------

Implement SEO and page-structure instructions we provide

Keep website content organized and updated

Requirements:

Experience using website builders (GoDaddy, Wix, or similar)

Experience with Mailchimp automations

Experience building workflows in ----------

Basic understanding of SEO structure

Strong attention to detail

Comfortable following technical instructions

Reliable and organized

Hours:
10–20 hours per week to start
May grow with performance

Pay:
$4-6 Hr depending on experience
