Are you an experienced Marketing Specialist who is looking for a Part-Time fully remote opportunity? You’re what we are looking for!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Marketing & Lead Management:
- Create and distribute property marketing materials, brochures, and mailers.
- Design high-resolution property flyers and offer memorandums for large-scale projects and properties using Adobe, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar software.
- Manage and update property listings on listing service platforms (e.g., MLS, CoStar, LoopNet, Zillow, etc.).
- Research and compile lead lists for potential buyers, tenants, and investors.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with new leads and client communications.
Market Research & Data Collection:
- Gather and analyze real estate market trends, including comparable property data.
- Research zoning regulations, development opportunities, and investment trends.
- Track industry news and competitor activity to support business decisions.
- Prepare reports and summaries on real estate developments and market conditions.
Absolute Must-Haves:
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or similar software for creating high-quality property marketing materials.
- Experience with real estate CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- With a Laptop/PC with at least an i5 Processor or similar specification
- DSL Internet connection at least 100mbps
- Available to work in the Central US Time Zone
Other Requirements:
- Familiarity with listing platforms such as MLS, CoStar, LoopNet, or Zillow.
- Basic knowledge of real estate, property management, or land development is a plus.
- Attention to detail and Time Management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a remote setting
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently.
