## About Duck Weed

Duck Weed supports Australian business owners with marketing, systems, communication and day-to-day business operations.

We're looking for a proactive and organised person who enjoys both marketing and administration and wants to become a valued part of a growing Australian business.

This is not a traditional VA role.

You will work exclusively with one Duck Weed client, becoming an embedded member of their team and helping keep both marketing and operations moving.

## What You'll Be Doing

### Marketing & Content

* Social media scheduling and content coordination
* Website and blog updates
* Email marketing support
* Shopify updates
* Basic graphic design and marketing collateral
* Lead generation and customer follow-up

### Executive & Business Support

* Calendar and inbox management
* Meeting coordination and follow-up
* Managing priorities and action items
* CRM updates and administration
* Research and data entry
* Process documentation
* General day-to-day support for the business owner
* Helping keep the owner organised, focused and on track

## Experience We Value

Experience with any of the following is highly regarded:

* Shopify
* Pipedrive
* Front
* Canva
* Mailchimp
* Xero
* Adobe Illustrator
* Adobe Photoshop

Experience with similar platforms is also welcome.

## Working Hours

* 24–32 hours per week
* Australian business hours
* Preferred start time between 7:00am and 9:00am AEST
* Long-term opportunity

* Marketing and content experience
* High attention to detail
* Confidence communicating with customers and clients
* Ability to work independently
* Experience supporting a business owner or executive
* Positive attitude and willingness to take ownership
