Full-Time | Remote | Long-Term Role

We are an Australian established, research-driven alternative health business seeking a highly organised, execution-focused Marketing Operations Assistant to support revenue growth through content repurposing, email campaigns, funnels, and influencer initiatives.

This is not a general VA role and not a content creation or strategy role.
You will work closely with the founder (subject-matter expert) and a structured marketing system to execute clearly defined campaigns, repurpose existing technical content, and track performance.

Primary Objective of the Role
The primary objective of this role is to support revenue growth by maintaining a consistent flow of educated, skeptical-but-curious leads at the top of the funnel, and by nurturing those leads through repeated exposure to credible, research-informed content.
This includes:
• Repurposing existing technical and educational content into marketing assets that reduces skepticism rather than amplifying it
• Supporting influencer and practitioner marketing initiatives
• Supporting campaigns that build familiarity, trust, and understanding through consistency and clarity rather than hype
• Executing email and content campaigns using Keap (InfusionSoft) and Substack that allow leads to self-educate at their own pace
• Develop additional plans as they arise
Success in this role is measured not only by immediate sales, but by the quality, engagement, and retention of leads entering and remaining in the funnel.

Key Responsibilities
1. Content Repurposing & Visual Packaging
• Extract usable snippets from:
o Blog articles
o MagnaBlog (Substack) newsletters
o Educational and technical content
• Repurpose this material into:
o Social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
o Simple educational graphics
o Email snippets and campaign assets
• Create clean, on-brand visuals using Canva or Photoshop
• Organise and maintain a content library by topic and audience
You will not be expected to create original scientific or technical content.

2. Email Marketing & Campaign Execution (Keap)
• Build and schedule email campaigns in Keap (Infusionsoft)
• Implement pre-defined sequences for:
o Practitioner education
o Product offers
o Follow-up and re-engagement
• Manage tags, segmentation, and automations
• Assist with funnel execution connected to WooCommerce
• Track and report:
o Open rates
o Click-through rates
o Conversions and revenue

3. Influencer & Practitioner Program Support
• Research and maintain lists of aligned influencers and practitioners
• Manage outreach tracking, follow-ups, and content delivery timelines
• Repurpose influencer content for use across email and social platforms
• Track performance and outcomes of influencer campaigns

4. Website & System Support
• Update WordPress content (posts, landing pages, product content)
• Support Keap ? WooCommerce workflows
• Perform QA testing on forms, links, and automations
• Coordinate with a web engineer for advanced technical issues

5. Reporting & Workflow Discipline
• Maintain weekly reports on:
o Campaign activity
o Content published
o Sales-related metrics
• Follow structured task lists and deadlines
• Flag issues or bottlenecks early

Required Skills & Experience
• Experience supporting email marketing and campaign execution
• Working knowledge of Keap (Infusionsoft) or similar CRMs
• Strong Canva or Photoshop skills
• Experience repurposing long-form content into short-form assets
• Familiarity with WordPress and basic website management
• Comfortable working with KPIs and reporting
• Excellent written English and attention to detail
• Reliable, organised, and able to follow structured workflows

• Basic video editing or short-form video repurposing

Compensation & Performance Incentives
Base Compensation:
PHP 50,000–59,000 per month (all-inclusive)
In addition to base pay, this role includes performance-based incentives tied directly to specific projects and campaigns that the Marketing Operations Assistant executes or manages.
We encourage experimentation and reward efficiency and outcomes.
