About the Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Operations & Campaign Implementation Coordinator to execute and maintain our marketing systems. You’ll build campaigns and automations in Keap (Infusionsoft Classic), manage project timelines in Teamwork, and build WordPress pages for events and programs. You’ll also provide analytics reports to support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Build and execute marketing campaigns in Keap (Infusionsoft Classic) including
Manage task flow and deliverables in Teamwork PM, keeping campaigns on schedule.
Build and maintain WordPress pages for programs, courses, and events.
Set up and track lead sources, UTM codes, and analytics dashboards.
Maintain the editorial asset library of podcasts, articles, and webinars.
Produce concise weekly reports summarizing campaign performance and conversions.
Requirements
2–3 years’ experience in marketing automation, operations, or CRM management.
Proficient in Keap (Infusionsoft Classic), WordPress, Teamwork PM, and Google Analytics.
Highly organized, analytical, and dependable.
Excellent written English for internal documentation and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in event-based or professional-services businesses.
Strong data accuracy and testing discipline.
