Part-Time | Remote | 10–15 Hours Per Week

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Marketing Operations & Campaign Coordinator to support the marketing, fundraising and community engagement activities of a growing Australian not-for-profit organisation.

This is not a traditional Virtual Assistant role. We are looking for someone who can take a campaign concept, strategy or brief and help translate it into high-quality execution across multiple channels and touchpoints.

Good marketing isn't about simply completing tasks. It's about ensuring every campaign, event and piece of content is executed thoroughly, consistently and to a high standard, while maximising opportunities across all relevant channels.

About the Role
Our organisation delivers a wide range of events, workshops, fundraising campaigns, community programs and awareness initiatives throughout the year. Projects move quickly, often progressing from concept to execution within 1–4 weeks, with multiple campaigns running simultaneously.

The challenge is not creating content. The challenge is ensuring campaigns are delivered consistently, nothing falls through the cracks, and every opportunity is maximised.

We are looking for someone who naturally asks, "What else can we do with this?" rather than simply ticking a task off a list.
Initially, the role will focus on campaign execution, content production, reporting and marketing coordination. As systems, processes and familiarity with the organisation grow, there will be opportunities to take on greater ownership and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Operations
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns, events and fundraising initiatives
• Build and maintain marketing reports, dashboards and tracking documents
• Support the documentation and improvement of workflows and processes over time
• Maintain and organise the marketing asset library, ensuring images, videos, logos, templates, presentations and campaign assets are easy to locate and reuse

Content & Communications
• Create and format social media graphics, presentations and marketing collateral in Canva
• Create reels and short-form video content using existing footage, photos and assets
• Repurpose content across multiple channels including social media, email marketing, and website
• Adapt campaign assets for use across different platforms and audiences
• Assist with the production of our monthly e-newsletter
• Schedule content using Metricool and Meta Business Suite

Website & Email Marketing
• Upload and format blogs in WordPress
• Update website pages and event information
• Set up events in Humanatix
• Build and format EDMs and newsletters
• Maintain audience lists and segmentation

Skills & Experience
Essential
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Strong Canva skills
• Experience creating reels and short-form video content
• Some experience using WordPress
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to "figure it out" when faced with unfamiliar tasks, systems or challenges
• Ability to balance speed with quality in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Comfortable working independently

Highly Desirable
• Experience supporting Australian businesses or not-for-profit organisations
• Experience using project management platforms such as Asana or Monday.com
• Meta Business Suite experience
• Familiarity with AI tools to improve productivity
• Experience documenting systems, processes and workflows
