About the Job
We are a U.S.-based owner of 10 Budget Blinds franchise locations. We are looking for a full-time Marketing Operations Virtual Assistant to manage day-to-day marketing execution across all locations.
This role focuses on accuracy, consistency, and execution, not high-level marketing strategy. You will follow clear processes and brand guidelines to ensure all marketing activities are completed correctly and on schedule.
Main Responsibilities
1. New Homeowner Lead Research & Direct Mail
Research recently sold homes using real estate websites (Redfin and similar)
Maintain accurate Google Sheets of new homeowner addresses by territory
Remove duplicates and verify all addresses
Prepare weekly postcard mailing lists
Upload lists to approved print-and-mail services
Confirm mailings, quantities, and completion
Maintain a detailed mailing activity log
2. Social Media Posting (Execution)
Post pre-approved corporate content to:
Facebook
Instagram
Schedule posts using Meta Business Suite or approved tools
Lightly localize captions (city/territory references only)
Maintain posting logs per franchise location
Ensure all posts are published on schedule
3. Google Business Profile (GMB) Posting
Post weekly updates to 10 Google Business Profiles
Upload photos, short videos, and updates
Repurpose approved social content
Use approved CTAs (Call Now / Book a Free Consultation)
Track posting activity and consistency
4. Content Creation (Required)
Create short-form vertical videos (10–30 seconds) for social media and GMB
Create simple graphics and photo posts using Canva
Assemble slideshows using approved images or stock photos
Edit basic videos (text overlays, music, transitions)
Follow strict brand and compliance guidelines:
No pricing

Content creation will be simple, repeatable, and template-based, not advanced creative design.
Required Skills & Experience
Based in the Philippines
Strong English reading and writing skills
Highly detail-oriented and organized
Experience with:
Google Sheets and Google Drive
Facebook
Canva or basic video editing tools
Comfortable following SOPs and brand guidelines
Reliable internet connection and computer
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Experience with Google Business Profiles
Experience with real estate websites (Redfin, Zillow, Realtor)
Experience supporting U.S.-based companies
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite
Work Hours & Expectations
Full-time: 40 hours per week
Task-based work with weekly deadlines
Some overlap with U.S. business hours preferred
Accuracy and consistency are prioritized over speed
