Position Summary
The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of AI-enhanced, multi-channel marketing strategies. This role demands a strong understanding of data-driven marketing and automation tools. You'll collaborate across departments, manage a high-output team, and be directly responsible for hitting KPIs related to brand reach, lead generation, and campaign performance — all while utilizing cutting-edge AI tools to stay ahead of the curve.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies using AI tools for automation, personalization, segmentation, and predictive analytics
Manage and mentor a marketing team skilled in performance marketing, content creation, and design
Leverage AI-driven platforms (e.g., Jasper, ChatGPT, HubSpot AI, AdCreative.ai) to enhance campaign output and efficiency
Design and execute product and service launches supported by dynamic content generation and real-time data insights
Optimize marketing funnels using behavior-based triggers, dynamic content, and conversion path analysis
Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to align messaging and drive pipeline growth
Analyze data from AI-powered dashboards and adjust strategies in real time
Own the marketing budget, allocate resources based on performance metrics, and ensure measurable ROI
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
AI-Enhanced Lead Generation: 20%+ quarterly growth in MQLs using automated and personalized workflows
CAC Efficiency: Lower Customer Acquisition Cost via AI-optimized targeting and campaign delivery
Marketing ROI: Achieve and sustain a 3:1 or better ROI from AI-augmented campaign efforts
Website Intelligence: Boost organic traffic by 30% with AI-powered SEO tools and dynamic content
Engagement Metrics: Use AI to increase open rates (25%+), CTRs (5%+), and reduce churn

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, or a related field
5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years managing or leading AI-enhanced campaigns
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and AI tools (e.g., HubSpot, Jasper, Salesforce Einstein, ChatGPT, Mutiny, etc.)
Proficient in analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau) and A/B testing frameworks
Strong grasp of marketing performance metrics, growth loops, and funnel optimization
Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and an innovation mindset
