Zoft Clean, a US cleaning company is seeking an experienced marketing Manager to help with brand awareness and revenue generation/growth. The marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to attract new clients, promote the company's cleaning services, and maintain brand awareness within the local market, utilizing digital and traditional marketing tactics to achieve business growth goals, while closely collaborating with the customer service team to generate leads and convert them into customers. The Marketing manager responsibilities include tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects. Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Strategic Planning:
• Conduct market research to identify target demographics and competitor analysis.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with company objectives.
• Set marketing budgets and track ROI across campaigns.
• Brand Management:
• Maintain a consistent brand image across all marketing materials and communication channels.
• Develop messaging and positioning that highlights the unique selling points of the cleaning services.
• Digital Marketing:
• Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
• Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
• Manage the company website and optimize for search engine ranking (SEO).

• Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
• Develop blog posts, case studies, and other content to educate potential customers about cleaning services.
• Produce high-quality visual content (photos, videos) to showcase cleaning results.
• Lead Generation:
• Develop strategies to attract new leads through online forms, website landing pages, and social media promotions.
• Implement lead nurturing campaigns to guide potential customers through the sales funnel.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
• Collaborate with management team to ensure smooth customer onboarding and retention.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements based on client needs.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
• Track key marketing metrics (website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates) to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven adjustments to marketing strategies.
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum of 5 year’ experience work as a Marketing Manager or similar roles
• Proven experience in setting up and optimizing digital marketing, including SEO, Google Adwords, PPC, social media advertising,
• Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
• Strong understanding of web marketing analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for the cleaning industry and a desire to promote a positive brand image
• Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• BSc or certification in Marketing or advertising.
