Marketing & Growth Virtual Assistant (Cold Outreach, Lead Gen, Ads)

We’re looking for a growth-focused virtual assistant who can help us acquire new clients. You’ll work directly with the founder to run cold outreach, generate leads, assist with Facebook/Google ads, and optimize landing pages and email flows.

This is a fast-moving startup role for someone who’s curious, tech-savvy, and wants to learn client acquisition from the inside out.

Responsibilities:
Run cold outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, DMs, etc.)

Research leads and build prospect lists

Assist in running or managing paid ads (Meta, Google)

Optimize landing pages, email copy, and funnels

Track outreach and campaign performance

Bring new ideas to improve client acquisition

Great written English (important!)

Experience with lead generation or outreach tools

Familiar with ads (FB/Google) and/or email marketing

Can use tools like Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, Zapier, Google Sheets

Bonus: Copywriting or landing page editing experience
