Full-Time Remote Position: You will be working from home, collaborating with a team that values creativity, communication, and results.

Availability & Shift: You are comfortable working 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, from 9 PM to 6 AM (PH Time) to align with our US-based clients. The ability to work during night shifts is essential for this role.
Responsibilities
Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans that attract and engage candidates, clients, and industry partners. Design campaigns across various digital channels, including social media,
Brand Management: Maintain and strengthen our employer brand, ensuring consistency across all marketing platforms. Adapt messaging as necessary to resonate with different target audiences and market changes.
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct regular market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities. Use insights to adjust strategies and stay ahead of industry shifts.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns. Provide regular reports to leadership and stakeholders, highlighting insights, successes, and areas for improvement.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, HR, and account managers, to align marketing strategies with business goals. Foster collaboration to ensure that campaigns meet the needs of all stakeholders.
Content Creation & Strategy: Oversee the development of high-quality content that attracts top talent and clients. Manage the creation of blogs, social media posts, videos, and other digital content.
Client Interaction & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and presenting tailored marketing strategies. Communicate the results and impact of marketing initiatives clearly and effectively.
Continuous Improvement: Use data and analytics to refine and optimize marketing campaigns. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure that marketing strategies remain innovative and effective.
Experience
Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, brand management, and customer acquisition.
Experience in the staffing or recruitment industry is a strong plus, though not required.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Strong project management skills, with experience using tools such as Asana, Trello, or SmartSuite.
Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, GoHighLevel, social media management tools, and SEO tools.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and manage client relationships.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree or certifications in digital marketing (Ex. Google Analytics, Google Ads Certification, Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP),
