Marketing & Creative Manager — Remote, Part-Time to Full-Time

Who we are
We're a small, remote team running a personal care brand on ---------- since 2021. We do solid revenue, we're profitable, and we've built something real. Now we're ready to grow beyond Amazon — and we need the right person to help make that happen. The founder works directly with the team. No layers, no politics. You'll know exactly where you stand and what matters.

What we need
We've built a strong Amazon foundation. The next step is Shopify, Meta ads, and influencers — and we need someone who can own all three.

Concretely, this means:
-Set up and manage our Shopify store
-Run Meta ads to drive traffic to both Shopify and Amazon
-Find and manage influencer partnerships and UGC creators
-Support creative production using AI image tools and basic design
-Help improve our Amazon listings — images, copy, A+ content

This is not a task-taker role. You'll own these areas. You d ---------- what needs to be done, you build the plan, you execute it.

Who this is for
You've done this before. You know Shopify, you've run Meta campaigns, you've worked with creators. You're comfortable using AI tools for content and image generation. You don't need hand-holding — you need a good brand, clear goals, and the freedom to run.
