About Inquivix
Inquivix is a Seoul-based digital marketing agency. We help international companies enter the Korean market through Naver SEO, Kakao advertising, paid media, social media, and web development. Our clients include global hospitality brands, tech companies, and consumer products companies.

We are a small, fully remote, AI-forward team. AI tools are core to how we work — from content production to data analysis to reporting. If you already use AI tools to process data, build reports, and automate repetitive tasks, you will fit right in.

The Role
You will support the delivery of client digital marketing campaigns — not just producing content, but understanding campaigns, preparing performance reports, drafting client communications, and assembling update materials for client calls.

You are not just a task executor. You need to understand what is happening on your accounts — which campaigns are running, what the goals are, how performance is tracking, and what needs attention.

What you will do:
- Support active digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Naver, and Kakao platforms
- Gather performance data (CSVs, platform exports) and prepare performance reports using AI-assisted reporting tools
- Review all report outputs critically — verify numbers, check summaries, confirm that recommendations make sense. AI tools help produce reports, but you are the human accuracy layer.
- Prepare client update decks and presentation materials for bi-weekly or monthly client calls
- Draft client-facing emails: status updates, report delivery, post-call recaps, proactive updates
- Produce content when needed: blog posts, ad copy, social media content
- Track campaign status, deadlines, and deliverables in NiftyPM
- Flag performance issues, risks, or anomalies to your PM immediately

Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing — you understand what a campaign is, how paid media works, and what basic metrics mean (CTR, CPC, ROAS, impressions, conversions)
- Experience preparing reports or presentations from marketing data — not just running campaigns, but summarizing results clearly for a non-technical audience
- Active use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) for work tasks — data analysis, content drafting, report formatting, or similar
- Strong written English — you will draft client-facing emails and reports daily
- Comfortable with spreadsheets — you will work with CSVs, data exports, and tracking sheets
- Detail-oriented — if a report says traffic increased 300%, you verify it before submitting

Strong Advantage:
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or Naver Ads
- Experience creating client-facing reports or presentation decks
- Experience with Korean digital marketing platforms
- Background in data analysis, marketing analytics, or business intelligence
- Familiarity with Canva, Google Slides, or similar tools for deck creation

This role is NOT a good fit if you:
- Only want to write content and not deal with data or reporting
- Are not comfortable reviewing numbers and spotting errors
- Cannot explain campaign performance in plain language
- Need extensive guidance for every task
