JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a reliable Virtual Assistant to help create marketing content, manage social media, update our website, assist with CRM development, and support customer outreach efforts. This is a remote position with flexible hours and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities
Content Creation
• Create and edit short promotional videos for social media
• Edit photos and graphics for marketing materials
• Create social media posts for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
• Write blog articles and educational content
• Create newsletters and email marketing campaigns
Website Management
• Update website content and product pages
• Add new products and images
• Improve website organization and SEO
• Maintain company news and announcements
CRM & Sales Support
• Help build and maintain our CRM database (Zoho Experience preferred)
• Research and enter prospective customer information
• Organize customer records and contact lists
• Track marketing campaigns and customer interactions
• Assist with email outreach campaigns
Administrative Support
• Perform online research
• Organize digital files and documents
• Assist with special projects as assigned
Requirements Must Have
• Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Preferred Skills
• Video editing (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
• Graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
• Social media management
• WordPress website experience
Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Zoho Campaigns, etc.)
• CRM experience (Zoho CRM preferred)
• Basic SEO knowledge
Work Schedule
• Part-time to start (5-10 hours per week)
• Flexible schedule – will have 1 scheduled bi-weekly meeting to check up on progress
• Opportunity for additional hours based on performance
