Key Responsibilities:
Listing Management and Optimization:
? Optimize Property Listings Across OTAs – Create and enhance listings on OTA platforms like Airbnb, Vrbo by crafting captivating descriptions, selecting high-quality images, and utilizing SEO best practices to improve search rankings.
? Ensure Listing Accuracy & Compliance – Regularly update property details, amenities, policies, and availability to prevent discrepancies and maintain compliance with OTA guidelines.
? A/B Test Listing Elements – Experiment with different headlines, descriptions, and images to determine what resonates best with potential guests and improves conversion rates.
? Analyze Performance & Drive Conversions – Track key metrics such as booking rates, guest engagement, and listing visibility, using data-driven insights to improve performance and increase direct bookings.
? Stay Up to Date on OTA Algorithm Changes – Monitor industry trends and platform updates to adjust strategies and maintain strong listing performance across multiple booking channels.

Foundational Requirements:
? 2 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing preferably in the vacation rental industry.
? Prior experience in managing listings on OTAs like Airbnb, VRBO, and
? Experience and understanding of OTAs in the vacation rental industry.
? Excellent written and verbal English skills.
? Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
? Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
? Attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service.
? Possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
? Ability to learn new software quickly and efficiently.
