JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview:

We’re looking for an entry-level Marketing Assistant to work with our manager to increase brand awareness, generate and nurture leads, and drive conversions for our immigration services. This role is perfect for someone who can take initiative, work independently, and help build marketing processes from the ground up.

8 am-5 pm PHT (12pm-1pm 1hr lunch break), Tuesday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

You will work directly with your manager in implementing strategies to achieve the following goals:

Increase Brand Awareness
- Build and grow our online presence through social media, blogs, video content, and other channels.
Develop engaging and impactful campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Lead Generation
- Implement campaigns to attract qualified leads using social media, email marketing, PPC, SEO, and other creative strategies.
Lead Nurturing
- Build trust and engagement with leads by creating targeted, valuable content that addresses their needs throughout their decision-making journey.

Lead Conversion
- Drive measurable actions such as consultation bookings and sign-ups through optimized campaigns, video content, webinars, and persuasive CTAs.

Performance Tracking
- Monitor and evaluate campaign results using tools like GA4, social media insights, and email analytics.
Provide actionable reports and continually refine strategies to improve ROI.

What We’re Looking For:
- Basic experience in digital marketing (content creation, lead generation, paid ads, email campaigns, etc.) for service-based businesses.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, take ownership, and deliver results.
- Experience with tools like Canva, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, GA4, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Brevo) is an asset.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Creativity and problem-solving skills to build effective strategies from scratch.
- Basic design or video editing skills are a bonus but not required.
