The Role:
As a Marketing Analytics Specialist, you’ll be the technical backbone of Dashdot’s marketing team, responsible for accurate tracking, performance reporting, and automation. You’ll manage and optimise marketing funnels, troubleshoot tracking issues, and deliver actionable insights that drive smarter decisions.
This role supports our goals of scaling efficiently and increasing productivity by handling a growing workload of data-intensive tasks like funnel building, attribution management, and workflow automation. You’ll also play a key role in collaborating with external agencies, providing contingency coverage, reducing errors, and expanding our capacity to execute at a high level.

Key Responsibilities:

Tracking & Attribution Excellence:
- Implement and maintain tracking systems across digital platforms (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, UTMs, Hyros, and Meta Ads CAPI), ensuring data accuracy and attribution integrity across all campaigns.
-Troubleshoot server-side tracking and DNS-related issues (e.g., Cloudflare, subdomains).
-Work with external agencies to ensure seamless tracking implementation.

Performance Data & Insight Reporting:
-Build and maintain dashboards (Databox, Looker Studio, Google Sheets) to track KPIs, analyse trends, and surface actionable insights.
-Provide daily company-wide KPI updates and report any anomalies

Marketing Funnel Management:
-Design, optimise, and A/B test marketing funnels in Clickfunnels to ensure high performance and seamless user experiences.
-Maintain accurate tracking within Oncehub booking integrations, including unique booking widgets, proper label implementation, and availability audits

Automation & Workflow Optimisation
-Create and troubleshoot complex automation workflows in Zapier and ActiveCampaign to streamline processes and eliminate inefficiencies.

Website & Booking Performance
-Support website optimisation via WordPress (Elementor), manage Oncehub booking integrations, and ensure accurate tracking for user activity and bookings.

AI & Innovation Integration
-Leverage AI tools (GPT, Claude, Perplexity) to automate workflows, enhance productivity, and identify opportunities for innovation across marketing operations.

What We’re Looking For:
Data Analysis & Tracking: Experience with Hyros, Google Sheets/Excel (pivots, formulas), and tracking methodologies (GA, GTM, UTMs).
Marketing Funnels & Automation: Expertise in Clickfunnels, Zapier/Make, Active Campaign (automations, integrations), and A/B testing.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and WordPress (Elementor, WPBakery).
Reporting & Insights: Experience with Databox, Looker Studio, and KPI tracking dashboards.
Scheduling & Attribution: Hands-on experience with Oncehub, DNS troubleshooting (Cloudflare, subdomains), and attribution tracking.
AI & Workflow Optimisation: Understanding of AI tools (GPT, Claude, AI assistants) and automation implementation.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Strength: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Detail-Oriented & Innovative Mindset: A meticulous approach to work, combined with a drive for continuous improvement and optimisation across systems and processes.
Curiosity, Growth & Tech Passion: A curious, growth-minded team player who loves working with data, automation tools, and new technologies to drive better outcomes.

Desirable or Bonus Skills:
Familiarity with Meta Ads tracking and Google/TikTok Ads data validation.
Experience with Airtable and workflow automation tools.
Knowledge of webinar and video tools (Descript, HeyGen, Demio, GoToWebinar, Vimeo, YouTube).
