JOB OVERVIEW

The Marketing Data Analytics Coordinator at Corker Brothers will be responsible for gathering, analysing, and reporting on marketing performance data across all channels to drive strategic decision-making. This role will establish KPI tracking systems, build automated reporting dashboards, and deliver actionable insights to optimise marketing efforts and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection & Management:

Establish systems to collect marketing performance data from multiple channels (Facebook ads, event feedback surveys, land pack campaigns, digital community engagement, etc.)

Ensure data integrity and consistency across platforms

Create and maintain a centralised marketing database

Reporting & Analytics:

Build and maintain automated marketing dashboards and reports for key stakeholders

Track and analyse KPIs including lead generation, conversion rates, engagement metrics, event success, and marketing ROI

Develop regular reporting cadences (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to monitor performance trends

Marketing Technology:

Administer and optimise marketing technology tools including analytics platforms, CRM, and reporting software

Create and maintain integrations between various marketing platforms and data sources

Implement tracking parameters and attribution models for accurate performance measurement

Strategic Insights:

Analyse marketing performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

Provide data-backed recommendations to optimise marketing strategy and budget allocation

Support campaign planning with historical performance data and forecasting

Process Improvement:

Continuously refine data collection and reporting methodologies

Document data management processes and create standard operating procedures

Train teaUpgrade to see actual infombers on data access and basic reporting functionality

Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in marketing analytics, digital marketing, or data analysis

Proficiency with data visualisation tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)

Experience with digital marketing platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.)

Understanding of marketing KPIs and performance metrics

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Experience with integration tools like Zapier or similar workflow automation platforms

Excellent communication skills for explaining complex data in understandable terms

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of CRM systems (Upgrade to see actual info)

Basic SQL knowledge for data querying

Experience setting up marketing automation workflows

Understanding of statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies

This role reports to the CMO & CEO and will collaborate closely with the sales, digital marketing, and events teams to ensure alignment of metrics and goals.
