Mission Driven Marketing (MDM) is a performance-focused digital marketing agency serving construction and home services businesses. We specialize in lead generation systems, paid media, automation, landing pages, tracking, and conversion infrastructure for clients who need dependable execution and measurable results.

We're looking for a MarTech & Automation Specialist to join our team and support our clients' growth.

This role supports client delivery by owning the technical implementation behind AI voice systems, tracking, and light landing page development. The focus is on building reliable systems that connect calls, forms, attribution, and CRM workflows.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate knows how to:
- Build and manage AI voice workflows
- Connect them to CRM and automation systems
- Implement accurate tracking through GTM, GA4, and ad platform pixels
- Landing page edits and light development work are part of the role, but they are secondary to the core need: automation and tracking implementation.

Responsibilities

Primary - Automation & Tracking
- Build and maintain AI voice receptionist systems using tools such as Quo, Sona, Voiceflow, or similar platforms
- Configure call routing for after-hours coverage, overflow handling, and human handoff paths
- Connect AI voice systems with CRM and automation workflows, including lead capture, booking actions, and deduplication logic
- Set up and maintain Google Tag Manager containers (triggers, tags, variables, and event logic)
- Implement GA4 event and conversion tracking across websites and landing pages
- Install, test, and troubleshoot Google Ads, Meta Pixel, and call-tracking implementations
- QA forms, attribution flows, and tracking accuracy across client websites

Secondary - Landing Pages & Development
- Make light landing page updates in HTML/CSS, WordPress, Webflow, or similar tools
- Handle minor development tasks related to forms, tracking scripts, validation, and frontend fixes
- Document implementations clearly and communicate progress, blockers, and next steps

Requirements / Skills

Required
- 2+ years hands-on experience with AI voice automation tools (Quo, Sona, Voiceflow, or similar)
- Proven experience building AI receptionist or call automation workflows connected to CRMs or downstream systems
- Strong experience with Google Tag Manager and GA4 implementation
- Experience installing and troubleshooting Google Ads, Meta Pixel, and call-tracking tools
- Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, JSON, and system integrations
- Basic to intermediate HTML, CSS, and light JavaScript for tracking and landing page work
- Strong QA instincts and ability to debug technical issues independently
- Clear written English and reliable communication

Preferred
- Experience with Jobber, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM/automation systems
- Experience with data layers, custom events, and advanced attribution setups
- Agency experience supporting multiple clients at once
- Experience in home services, local lead generation, or call-driven businesses
