Job Description:
We are seeking a Mandarin-speaking Associate to assist our Australian clients in the mortgage industry. This role involves guiding clients through the mortgage process, facilitating clear communication between Mandarin-speaking clients and internal teams, reviewing financial documents, coordinating with financial institutions, and ensuring clients understand their mortgage options. Ideal candidates should have strong Mandarin language skills and an interest in finance, accounting, or the mortgage industry. Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the main point of contact for Mandarin-speaking clients, facilitating clear and effective communication in both Mandarin and English.
• Provide clients with expert advice on mortgage products, financial planning, and home loan eligibility in line with Australian market practices.
• Assist clients in completing mortgage applications, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
• Review financial documents, assess client borrowing capacity, and help determine appropriate mortgage options.
• Conduct data analysis and prepare reports for clients and the management team to help guide decision-making.
• Liaise with relevant financial institutions, banks, and stakeholders to ensure clients' mortgage applications are processed efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, financial products, and market trends in Australia.
• Support the sales team by providing insights into Mandarin-speaking client needs and helping with client inquiries.
Qualifications
• Fluency in Mandarin and English (both verbal and written) is essential for communicating with clients and handling documentation.
• 1-2 years of Mandarin-speaking experience is preferred, but fresh graduates/no experience with strong language skills are encouraged to apply
• A strong understanding of the accounting, financial, and mortgage industries.
• Proven experience in the mortgage industry or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and relationship management.
• Strong analytical skills for data analysis, report preparation, and decision-making.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Australian mortgage regulations and processes is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• A degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field is preferred.
