Mandarin & English Speaking Project Manager

Time Zone: Philippine Standard Time
Position: Full-Time (40 hours a week)
Location: Remote (Philippines)

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager who is fluent in English and Mandarin (C1 or higher) to join our team. In this role, you will oversee and lead multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and drive the successful execution of projects while ensuring effective communication in English & Mandarin.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, and management, ensuring clarity and transparency in both English and Mandarin.
- Regularly track project progress, identifying risks and issues early, and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, and deliverables, while ensuring alignment with clients and the team.
- Lead and manage project timelines, resources, and budget to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a remote setting.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (C1 or higher level).
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Upgrade to see actual info, Slack, Spreadsheet)
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, time-zone aligned environment (Philippine Standard Time).
