Position Overview:
As the Team Manager for Small Business Support and Growth, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategies that drive business growth for our clients. You will work closely with the CEO of BYB360 to create and implement processes that deliver exceptional results across various digital domains. Your expertise will span from website design and SEO to lead generation and email Upgrade to see actual info addition to client-facing responsibilities, you will be instrumental in building tools and resources to enhance our service offerings and support the growth of other companies.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute growth strategies for small businesses, utilizing website design, SEO, lead generation, email marketing, and more.
Lead the development and implementation of innovative processes to drive tangible results for clients, ensuring their digital success.
Provide hands-on support and mentorship to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, fostering their professional growth and skill development.
Work closely with the CEO to provide executive support, contributing to high-level decision-making and strategic Upgrade to see actual infovelop and refine tools, templates, and resources that empower clients and internal teams, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance our service offerings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in digital marketing, website design, SEO, lead generation, and email marketing.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of effectively managing teams and driving results.
Exceptional project management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in email marketing strategies and tools.
Experience with SEMRush SEO tools and strategies.
Familiarity with Slack for team communication and collaboration.
Entrepreneurial spirit and a hunger for Upgrade to see actual infomonstrated ability to work in a diverse and inclusive environment.
