Your Core Responsibilities:

•? ?Inventory & Data: Meticulously update inventory data within our Excel/Google Sheets models and provide actionable management advice based on the numbers.
•? ?Customer Excellence: Act as the "smile of our business," providing high-quality support using AI-assisted tools.
•? ?Operational Growth: As trust is established, you will transition into Procurement, placing inventory orders and making higher-stakes operational decisions.

What do you bring to the table?

•? ?Communication: Fluency in English. You must be adept at using AI tools to translate and polish communications into professional Dutch.
•? ?Tech Savvy: Foundational skills in Google Sheets/Excel.

The Logistics
•? ?Schedule: Starting at 24 hours per week, with the potential to scale to 40 hours as your role expands.
•? ?Availability: Flexible remote work, including approximately 1 hour of task management over the weekend.
•? ?Compensation: €250 – €400 per month (starting, based on 24 hours/week). Pay increases in direct proportion to the quality of your work and expanded hours.
