Make.com + Monday.com Specialist (Project-Based, Ongoing Potential)

Hi! I'm Lara, founder of Turbo Tradies. We build Monday.com systems and Make.com automations for Australian tradies. I'm hiring on a project basis to start, with strong potential for ongoing work if it goes well.

THE PROJECT
We'll start with one defined project — clear scope, agreed budget, clean handover. I'll brief you properly; you deliver well-built, documented work. If you're great to work with, there's an ongoing pipeline behind it.

ESSENTIAL (please don't apply without these)
- Production experience building Make.com scenarios — iterators, aggregators, HTTP modules, routers, error handling
- Strong Monday.com skills — formulas, automations, dashboards, mirror/connect columns, board relations, permissions
- Able to debug tricky formula logic and integration errors and explain your reasoning
- Clear written English and good documentation habits

HIGHLY LIKED
- Xero integration experience (Make modules or Xero API)

PREFERRED
- SafetyCulture (iAuditor) — templates, integrations, reporting
- Fulcrum (field data collection)
- Experience with Australian small business or trade workflows

THE SETUP
- Project-based to start — fixed price or capped hours, your preference
- Ongoing project pipeline for the right person
- Flexible hours, light AEST overlap appreciated for handovers
