**Job Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and manage daily accounting operations using MYOB software.
- Develop and maintain financial records and reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and other related financial statements.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead and manage an overseas accounting team, ensuring high levels of accuracy and compliance.
- Train and mentor tea
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate financial data and improve business processes.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Extensive experience with MYOB software.
- Proven experience in financial reporting, accounting, and data analysis.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is preferred.
