Who You Are:

Fluent in English with great communication skills.
An MTG player who knows the game and its community.
Passionate about TCGs and enjoys engaging with others.
Customer-focused with problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
Handle issues like returns, complaints, and product questions.
Manage social media accounts: reply to DMs, comments, and foster engagement.
Build relationships with the TCG community and creators.
Requirements:

Strong MTG knowledge.
Excellent written and verbal English.
Self-starter who works independently.
Customer service or social media experience is a plus.
