MID Applications Manager (Merchant Services / Payment Processing)

We're a US-based payments company looking for an experienced MID Applications
Manager to own our merchant onboarding and underwriting process from start to
finish. You'll work directly with US merchants, sales reps, ISOs, brokers,
banks, and processors to get applications approved quickly and accurately.

This is a hands-on role for someone who already knows the merchant services
world — not someone we need to train from scratch.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Manage MID applications end-to-end: gather documents, complete bank
applications, review for accuracy, and submit via portals or hard-copy forms
- Guide merchants through onboarding, underwriting, and compliance
requirements to maximize approval rates
- Onboard approved MIDs to gateways (e.g. NMI) and assist with CRM
integration (e.g. Konnektive)
- Communicate daily with ISOs, brokers, sales managers, banks, and processors
on approvals, missing docs, and account updates
- Track multiple applications at different stages and keep everything moving
without errors
- Support merchants with chargebacks, statements, settlements, and processing
questions

MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE

- 3+ years in merchant services / payment processing
- Direct experience submitting and managing MID applications
- Familiar with MID, ---------- MCC codes, VAR sheets, and processing statements
- Comfortable on calls with US merchants, salespeople, and brokers
(spoken English 8/10+)
- Experience with processors/gateways such as Paysafe, Esquire, EMS, Vantiv,
Merrick, Humboldt, Synovus, NMI
- Comfortable with CRMs and tools like Konnektive, HubSpot/Zoho, Asana/Notion,
Google Workspace
