The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of creating, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns to achieve high ROI as well as being able to interpret statistics and analytics to the team and to clients. Starting part-time, this role offers the opportunity to transition to a full-time position based on performance.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Create, manage, and optimize META and Google Ads campaigns
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to inform ad strategy
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to make data-driven decisions
- Implement A/B testing to improve ad performance
- Create monthly and weekly reports on ad performance and key metrics
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align ad strategies with business goals
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising
- Interpret statistics and analytics and be able to communicate them to others
Requirements:
- Proven experience with META and Google ads
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Proficiency in using advertising tools and platforms
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Availability during EST business hours
